Borlotti Bean Salad Recipe

Make this simple summer salad, which is ready in seconds! Versatile, it can be served as a side dish or even as a lunch, depending on how it is prepared. Most ingredients for this easy-to-make salad are available at Grand Foods.

830g tin of borlotti beans
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
2 red onions, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tomato, peeled and chopped




1. Drain the can of borlotti beans and empty into a salad bowl.

2. Add vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, chopped tomato and onions.

3. Mix ingredients, add parsley and dill to finish.




Rocket, lettuce leaves, thinly sliced cucumber, spring onions, tuna, sliced chicken breast or peppers can also be added to the salad.




Add as many fresh herbs or vegetables as you like to your Borlotti salad.
