Fetta Cheese

Fetta cheese is a crumbly, aged cheese traditionally made from whole sheep’s milk or a blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk. Most fetta is aged in brine and if stored in brine, lasts longer when refrigerated.


Fetta is a great accompaniment to meals; use it sprinkled on pasta or in salads, put it in stuffed mushrooms, melt it in pide, gozleme or toasted sandwiches, crumble it into an omelette or even just add it on top of a bruschetta snack.


Usually fetta comes as blocks or is crumbled, and is ideal for adding taste and flavour to healthy meals. Greek and Bulgarian fetta are ideal in salads and snacks where the flavour of the fetta is meant to be prominent.
