4 tablespoons olive oil

5 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of pepper paste

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon of thyme

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of dried mint

1 tablespoon chili pepper

1 cup crushed walnuts (can be a tea glass if desired)

You can also add sesame seeds and black cumin seeds.

Put oil in the pot. Add chopped garlic cloves and fry them in the oil for a few times.

Add walnuts and roast them together.

Then add pepper paste into the pot. Roast for a minute or two.

Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and remove the pot from the stove.

Fill the mixture into a glass jar when it is cold.

Those who want to keep it for a long time can fill it into the jar while it is hot and keep it in the refrigerator.

The mixture can be consumed by spreading it on bread for breakfast. Bon Appetit :)

Note: If the consistency of your tomato paste is too thick, you can add some boiling water while it is on the stove.

Thank you
