In 2012, Grand Foods won the Hume City Council Customer Service Award, which recognises outstanding customer service, as nominated by the local community. Also in 2012, a Certificate of Appreciation was awarded by the Australian Intercultural Society for “Invaluable contributions...and for supporting the promotion of multicultural harmony in Victoria.”
