Bulgur Pilaf


Heat a tablespoon each of butter and olive oil in a rice pan. Add 2 chopped onions to the pot and fry until they turn pink. Add 1 crushed garlic clove and 2 chopped green peppers and fry.Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and half a tablespoon of pepper paste and fry until they smell.Then add 2 cups of bulgur bulgur for pilaf. Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon of thyme as seasoning.2 Add 2 grated tomatoes.After adding 4 cups of water, close the lid of the pot and leave it to cook.Turn off the stove when the bulgur bulgur is ready and the water is absorbed.Your bulgur pilaf is ready, bon appetit!
