Fresh Green Smoothie Prepared with Mineral Water
Blend natural mineral water, spinach, cilantro, mint, green apple and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Sweeten with honey or agave syrup.
Add ice and blend again.
When it reaches the desired consistency, pour into glasses and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
1 cup natural mineral water
1 cup spinach leaves
Half a cup of fresh coriander
Half a glass of fresh mint leaves
1 green apple (diced)
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
