Pancake with Strawberry Jam

Instructions
For the pancake recipe, take 2 eggs and half a glass of sugar in a deep mixing bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and the mixture has a creamy consistency.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1.5 cups of milk to the egg mixture and whisk again.2 cups of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla powder and a pinch of salt into the mixture by sifting.Whisk until you get a smooth consistency.To cook the first pancake; grease the pancake pan with oil. Transfer a small ladle or a coffee cup of pancake mixture into the pan. Cook the pancake until the pancake turns golden brown. Flip the pancake with the help of a spatula and cook the other side in the same way. You can put butter on the pancakes you take on the service plate and pour strawberry receli.
