TURNIP BULGUR SALAD

Instructions
Place coarse bulgur in a large bowl.Pour turnip juice over bulgur and let it sit for about 30 minutes until bulgur absorbs the juice.Drain canned corn and place it in a mixing bowl.
Thinly slice pickled cucumbers and add them to the mixing bowl.Wash and finely chop parsley and dill, then add them to the mixing bowl.Roughly chop or crush walnuts and add them to the mixing bowl along with red cabbage.Transfer all prepared ingredients into a large salad bowl.Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Toss everything together until well combined.Serve the salad in a serving bowl or on plates.Optionally, garnish with additional herbs or walnuts.

* 4 cups turnip juice (800 ml)
* 1 bowl canned corn
* 5-6 pickled cucumbers
* 1 bunch parsley
* 1 bunch dill
* 1 bowl walnuts
* 1 bowl red cabbage
* Approximately 1/3 cup olive oil
* Juice of 1 lemon
